With people, never without them

Community mobilisation and citizen participation

Giving communities a meaningful role in understanding problems and shaping responses.

Our approach

Involve people in decisions that affect them

Participation is more than information or consultation. We design spaces, methods and dialogue sequences that enable different groups to contribute, negotiate and follow decisions that affect their territory.

We prepare dialogue processes suited to local languages, availability and relationships between groups. Contributions are shared back and connected to decisions so consultation leads to concrete follow-up.
